REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to paid Flit Premium subscriptions. It forms part of the Terms of Service and uses the same defined words.

Which part applies depends on where you bought. A purchase made in the iOS app is sold by Apple, Apple's own process governs it, and we cannot refund it ourselves. A purchase made on this website is sold by Polar Software, Inc. as merchant of record, is governed by this Policy, and is refunded by Polar on our instruction.

You may request a refund of a web purchase for any reason within 14 days of the payment.

Where a subscription has renewed, the 14 days run from the renewal payment you are asking us to refund, not from the date you first subscribed. Each renewal carries its own window.

A refund ends the subscription, and the Premium limits end with it. Flits you created while subscribed are not deleted by a refund and expire on their own schedule.

For a web purchase, write to support@getflit.app using the email address you bought with, and we will pass the request on to the seller.

For an App Store purchase, request the refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides these and we are not able to decide them for you.

An approved refund is returned to the payment method used for the original purchase. How long the money takes to appear then depends on your bank or card issuer.

After 14 days a payment is not refundable for change of mind. You may cancel at any time; cancelling stops future renewals and leaves your access running to the end of the period you have already paid for.

We will still consider a refund outside that window where something went wrong on our side, such as a duplicated charge or a failure of the Service. Write to support@getflit.app and tell us what happened.

Where you have a statutory right to cancel or to a refund, that right applies in addition to this Policy and is not limited by it. Nothing in this Policy removes a right you have by law.
